Slight use of her 6th sense :This is underdeveloped and is rarely used at a high usage because of excretion and effort it requires. She can levitate objects and move objects around slightly but can seldom use it for battle.
Sleepwalking : Sleepwalking causes her ESP to become fully developed. During this, she unconsciously cause little or serious damage depending on the intensity of her dream.
Back story:
Scarlet has a very grim and dark past. Her father was shot by a fellow comrade while off duty. Her and her mother were devastated but slowly grew used to it as the years passed. When she was twelve, her and her mother went into town and came across a young woman who offered them a small vile of a immortality, as she called it, in exchange for a single dollar. Dioxince immediately said no, thinking it was poison and began to walk away. Ex however couldnt resist her curiosity and traded for it. She quickly gulped it up and shook her head, not knowing its affects. This potion rendered her unable to die from aging or her own hand but can be killed by another being that isnt herself, making her half immortal. This stunted her growth, giving the reason why she is so small. At the young age of fourteen, her mother was taken by government services and Scarlet was forced into a foster home. This of course did not last too long before she was out on the streets. A few weeks afterwards Scarlet came across some heroin and PCP. After trying it for the first time she realized that it made her forget about the world around her and the problems she had. Slowly she began gaining a severe addiction the the drugs causing her to always be looking for it. After three months of almost overdosing every time she used it, she developed acute Schizophrenia from the PCP. Her hallucinations mostly consisted of her 'partner' omnix the hedgehog, going off and battling various things. In reality It was simply going around the streets, looking for her next high, the battles being fights she got into for her drugs so she could keep her mindless illusion going. The hallucinations of omnix and the adventures they went one were her way of coping with her fathers death and the loss of her mother. At 16, she was shot in the shoulder by a dealer and was left to die in an alley. She was found by the police and placed in a mental hospital where they tried to take her off the drugs. One night she went ballistic and escaped, hence why she wears a straight jacket. Now at the age of 17 she goes by the name of Ex or Exscarlet, claiming that she is no longer simply 'Scarlet' because of whats happened to her. Her addiction has gotten to the point where her body almost runs on the heroin and PCP she obtains. Her current occupation is simply running from city to city, avoiding the police and keeping under the radar.
